WAKEFEST
July 25, 2015

Wakefest is a competition held on Center Hill Lake in Smithville, TN, only accessible by boat, meaning you can't show up and watch the competition from the shoreline. This year's Wakefest was one of the largest in history with over 300 boats, well over 2,000 people in attendance, and a flotilla that literally stretched from start buoy to end buoy. With one of the longest wakeboard runs in any competition, riders were able to fit 12 to 15 tricks into a run, making it almost impossible to stand up a full run. The only rider to do so was Stephen Pierce in his Finals run, which was one of the best runs we've ever seen Stephen throw down. Dallas Friday was also impressive, taking the win the women's division. It was an outstanding event and it's one you're sure not going to want to miss next year!
